Refund and Returns Policy

General Returns
Returns for most item(s) must be initiated within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
– Must be in resalable condition
– Must be free from scratches and/or defects
– Must not have been installed
– Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
– Must not be missing pieces
– Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Defective Returns
You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Once the item has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
– Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
Incorrect item was received
– Mile Warehouse gives you a 14-day time frame after receiving your order to begin a return process.
– Just about all items are eligible for returns within the stated time frame for a refund or for a replacement order (free of charge).
– Must be in resalable condition
– Must be free from scratches and/or defects
– Must not have been installed
– Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
– Must not be missing pieces
– Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
– We don’t charge restocking fees at Mile Warehouse.

Other Return/Refund Details

Don’t worry, you will be able to apply for a replacement order or a refund. We commit to replacing any damaged or defective items. (Within 14 days of receiving)

We recommend using the box the shipment was sent in originally. If you’re using the return label that we provided, print the label, attach it to the outside of the shipment box, and drop it off at our carriers nearest location.
Benefit from the flexibility of being able to cancel your order up to 45 minutes after receiving an emailed order confirmation.
For most general or defective returns, we will process your refund moments after you’ve been attended by our customer service agents.

For cases that require the item to be returned to our warehouse, the refund will be processed no more than 6 business days upon receival.

By confirming your correct shipping address before placing an order, you will receive your purchases quickly and timely. Unfortunately, to comply with the tax laws in each state, we cannot change a delivery address once you’ve placed your order.

There are many occasions in which your products are shipped from different warehouses, which in turn means they could be delivered at different times.
